Henseler & Kocian Orthodontics Review

We are impressed with the care we've received for multiple family members from the staff at Henseler & Kocian. I was initially referred by my dentist in follow-up to my own ortho treatment (different practice in the state where we used to live). In one instance, my retainer had a broken support wire. Instead of just saying it needed to be replaced, which probably would have generated more money for their practice, Dr. Kocian actually modified it so I could continue wearing it. This patient-center approach the practice displays is the reason why we chose them for our son as well. He is just in eval stage currently, not certain whether he will need ortho treatment in the future, but we appreciate that they always take time during appointments to encourage/educate him about healthy dental care habits and make sure any questions (from child or parent) are answered.
