The new patient exam was great. Donna made my son feel relaxed and answered all his questions. The stress ball she gave him was so helpful! Dr. Kocian was very detailed in his exam and explanations. Overall, a great experience. Looking forward to completing our sons orthodontics treatment here.

I love Henseler Orthodontics! The waiting time is short and the place itself is comfortable and cozy. The staff are really nice and Dr. Henseler is very patient and kind. He is professional and acknowledgeable. I get good instructions from Dr. Henseler and his staff of what to do with my braces. Before I started, I was given a DVD with graphics of how to use different supplies and what to do and what not to do with my braces, which I found handy. The supplies they give are in great condition and the staff don't hesitate to give me more when I ask. The voicemail appointment reminders are useful and the appointment times fit my schedule. The location is also convenient. My profile lets me earn points to earn prizes. Overall, I give Henseler Orthodontics 5 stars out of 5!
