Dr. Steven Henseler, a native of Appleton, Wisconsin, graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. Steve completed his DDS degree at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry with high distinction. Steve went on for an additional two years to receive his Orthodontic Specialty Certificate and complete his Master of Science Degree at the U of M Orthodontic Residency Program. He has been practicing orthodontics since 1995.

As an Invisalign® Provider, Smiles Change Lives Provider and Give Kids a Smile participant, Dr. Henseler is dedicated to staying on the cutting-edge of the latest advancements in orthodontics. Dr. Henseler has excelled in his specialty as an active member of the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, LD Pankey Study Club and the St. Paul District Dental Society. He is a former clinical instructor at the U of M Orthodontic Department and has served as the President of the Minnesota Association of Orthodontists. He has also completed advanced education, written examination and evaluation of many select orthodontic treatments.

Dr. Steven Henseler has recently earned the status of Diplomate by the American Board of Orthodontics. Board certification signifies the clinical proficiency of a dental specialist according to the procedures established by the individual specialty, under the rules and authority of the Council on Dental Education of the American Dental Association.

He is active in his community as an annual sponsor of the Woodbury Safety Camp, WAA Soccer and Boy Scouts of America, as well as supports numerous local schools and various youth organizations.

Dr. Henseler and his wife Dr. Julie Henseler currently reside in Woodbury with their sons, Ethan and Nicholas. Steve’s leisure time activities include running and golf. The Henseler’s are avid Wisconsin Badger and Green Bay Packer fans.

Dr. Henseler has recently been chosen for the sixth consecutive vote as MPLS/St. Paul Magazine’s Top orthodontist. He continuously strives to provide the highest standard of orthodontic care possible.
